FitTip: Are you eating enough??
So many people think you need to starve yourself to lose weight. Honestly it's completely the opposite! You should have 5-6 small meals a day. And not McDonalds! Good, healthy, whole food. You're body needs the fuel and it'll help speed up your metabolim.
This is a picture of a typical breakfast for me. 2 egg whites, 1 Morning Star Sausage Pattie, sweet potatoes, strawberries and I drizzled Udo's Oil over the eggs and potatos. That for sure isn't starving! LOL!
